Samir received his B.Sc ( with honours) in 2013 from Electronics and Communication Engineering at Cairo University, Giza, Egypt. He received M.Sc. in 2015 in wireless Communication , Nile University, Giza, Egypt. In 2019 he received his PhD from electrical and computer Engineering in University of Minnesota, United States. His research interests span the areas of applied optimization, and machine learning with emphasis on smart grid applications.
